一些名词的解释﹙仅供参考﹚：

制作人：大多数的制作人，由传播公司或广告公司的老板担任，其职务是影片制作预算的控制，以及影片品质的监督，以及各职务间的工作协调。
制作人与导演所负责的工作非常密切，制作人的构想，必须仰赖导演拍摄现场的实际执行；而导演要专心的执行影片的制作，也必须依赖制作人先解决一切相关事务的问题。

出品人：就是出版该电影的电影公司的负责人的名字。（就是幕后大老板啦！）

导演：决定影片的拍摄过程中的所有事情。像指导演员演出，走位，镜头要怎幺拍，都是导演决定的。有些导演也负责编剧和选角。关于这部分，制作人和监制也会提出他们的建议，但最后的决定权在导演。(但如果是菜鸟导演，可能就得向制作人和监制低头....)

监制：他们掌控的是影片整体的完成度。对剧本，或是影片后制（剪接，特效，配乐等）提出一些建议。但有些监制可能只是挂名（例如卢贝松监制很多片子），来打响影片知名度

C/L到底是什么？
我想当大家都还是新人时，一定曾对这两个常出现的英文字母组合愣了半天。
C/L就是Ron Cowen与Daniel Lipman的简称，而Cowlip应该算是Temple Street旗下的制作小组﹙团队﹚。


就是这两位同志兼亲密爱人，在获得英版原著作者Russell T. Davies的同意，正式取得版权后，创造了全新的US版Queer as folk。
换句话说，Showtime给的是“时段”，C/L才是QAF的“主人”，故事脚本掌握在这两人手里，确保所有工作的进行及收视率。
